Tunnel Rat (v3) was first released carded as part of the ninth series (1990) as part of the Sonic Fighters He was discontinued domestically in 1991.

Tunnel Rat came with a black laser pistol, a black futuristic anti-aircraft pistol, a black machine gun, a black mortar with removable stand, and a large drab green backpack with buttons that made four different electronic battle sounds.

There are no known variations of Tunnel Rat.

Body Construction:

The entire body of Tunnel Rat (v3) was originally used to create the original Tunnel Rat. The mold was also used in 1988 to create the Night Force Tunnel Rat (v2) and in 2004 for another Night Force Tunnel Rat (v5).
