Metal-Head came with a light gray helmet, a light gray gun, two light gray missile pods, a light gray missile launcher, a light gray backpack frame (that attached to the missile launcher, making it his backpack), two black hoses, and six yellow missiles.

There are two versions of Metal-Head. On one, the pegs on his legs are thin and narrow. On the other version, the pegs on his legs are thicker. These changes are depicted below - along with the different sized holes in Metal-Head's missile launchers that reflect the differently sized pegs.
