Figure Description:

Armadillo was released as part of the seventh series (1988), packaged exclusively with the Rolling Thunder 8WD. He was also sold in 1989, then was discontinued domestically in 1990.

Note that in the fourth series (1985) and eighth series (1988) vehicles named "The Armadillo" were released. The figure "Armadillo" has nothing to do with these vehicles.

Versions of Armadillo:

This was the only version of Armadillo ever made.

Armadillo came with no accessories.

There are no known variations of Armadillo.

Body Construction:

Armadillo's body mold is entirely original and not made up from previous molds. None of his parts were ever used in other figures.
