Big Boa came with 2 red boxing gloves (with white Cobra logos on them), a silver mouthpiece, a brown punching bag attached a black stand, and a black base for the punching bag.

Variations
There are two versions of Big Boa's filecard.
The first version says "Cobra Enemy" beneath the image of Big Boa, and the last sentence of the top paragraph says He has a voice like a bullhorn, fists the size of frozen turkeys and the disposition of a bear with a sore head.
The second version just says "Cobra" beneath the image of Big Boa, and the last sentence of the top paragraph says He has a voice like a bullhorn, fists the size of frozen turkeys and the disposition of a rabid grizzly bear.
Body Construction
Big Boa's body is completely original - all new body parts.
Big Boa's chest, arms, waist, and legs were later re-colored and re-used to create Balrog.
International Variants
In Brazil, Big Boa was recolored to be part of "Forca Fera" and named Kangor.
