Figure Description:

Lady Jaye was first released as part of the fourth series (1985). She was also available in 1986 and was discontinued in 1987.

Accessories:

Lady Jaye came with a grey "power-javelin", a green backpack, and a green surveillance camera.

Variations:

No variations of Lady Jaye are known to exist.

Body Construction:

Lady Jaye's body is completely original - all new body parts. Lady Jaye's entire mold was re-used in 1997 to create Lady Jaye (v2), and the entire figure was used to create the 2003 Convention Lady Jaye.  Lady Jaye's torso, arms, waist, and legs were re-used in 1998 to create Volga.

Starting with this series (Series Four, 1985), the head joint on G.I.Joe figures was changed into a head "ball". This ball allowed the head to look up and down, in addition to left and right.

International Variants:

In India in 1990, a variant Lady Jaye was released in bright green.
