Body Construction:
Doc's body is completely original - all new body parts.
Doc's waist, arms, and back were used later in the year for Duke. Since Doc's back was associated with Duke's chest, it was resused for some versions of Starduster and Steel Brigade, as well as Tiger Force Duke (v2) and Duke (v7) (1997) .
Note that the figure's head only turns left and right - it does not allow the head to look up and down. The heads only turned left and right until the the swivel ball head that was introduced in 1985 (Series Four).

International Variations:
In Argentina, Doc was recolored with silver sunglasses and released as S.O.S.. In Brazil and Mexico, Doc was released with different arms.
