SHIPWRECK grew up in the shadow of the Navy, specifically the shadow of the sprawling San Diego Navy Yards. He enlisted at the youngest possible age with his parents' permission and proceeded to serve with distinction, fighting modern-day pirates, smugglers, and every sort of ocean-going thug. When Cobra Commander eludes capture on land and escapes in a speedboat, SHIPWRECK commandeers a speedboat and races after the evil COBRA leader!
