Destro (version 28) was released with the Shockwave H.I.S.S. Tank in a set exclusive to the 2012 San Diego Comic Con International. The set also included Cobra B.A.T. (v22).
Worth noting is that Destro comes with a cassette deck accessory intended to be Soundwave, the Decepticon Communications Officer, and three cassette "Mini-Con Deployers."

Destro came with a purple and silver flak vest, two silver kneepads, a green rifle, a purple briefcase, six dollar bill stacks, six Euro bill stacks, a silver and blue cassette deck, "Soundwave," a gold cassette Mini-Con Deployer, an orange cassette Mini-Con Deployer, and a red cassette Mini-Con Deployer.

DESTRO is a major supplier and advisor to the COBRA organization, but he also pursues his won diabolical aims. He makes a deal with the DECEPTICON SHOCKWAVE that benefits them both. He sells ENERGON cubes - so valuable to TRANSFORMERS - to SHOCKWAVE for a huge amount of cash, which will fund his nefarious schemes to acquire even more wealth and power.

Body Construction
Destro (version 28) was created using the head of Destro (v27) (2011), the torso, waist, and upper legs of Dusty (v14) (2010), the lower legs of Cobra Trooper (v16) (2011), and the arms of Techno-Viper (v3) (2011).

In 2009, Hasbro released a figure named "James McCullen XXIV," the actual name of the "Destro" identity.
