Series: Twenty Eight (2012)
Ashiko was released with the G.I. Joe Cycle Armour in a Discount Retailer Exclusive wave of Alpha vehicles for the Pursuit of Cobra line in 2012.
This wave was intended for release in the United States in early 2011, and even appeared on store shelves in Canada at that time. For reasons not officially known, this wave was delayed. Eventually, these toys appeared in discount retailer stores, primarily Ross, in February 2012. Curiously, this set retained the Canadian packaging - multi-lingual text and all.
Ashiko came with a black helmet, silver armor, two silver gauntlets, a black sheath backpack, a black sword, three black rifles, two black submachine guns, a black pistol, a black knife, and a black sheath.
Grade: Specialist (E-4)
