Dial-Tone (version 10) was released as part of the 2011 International G.I.Joe Convention (Orlando, FL) exclusive Mission Brazil II box set from the Official G.I. Joe Collectors' Club. The set included Captain Claymore, Leatherneck (v8), Sgt. Mainframe, Sparta, Steel Cobra (Cobra de Aço), Wet-Suit (v12), two Python Tele-Vipers (v9), and six Python Troopers (v2).
The boxed set also included a comic, a pin, and a certificate of authenticity.

Dial-Tone came with a green harness, a gray backpack with gray microphone, a gray submachine gun, and a black display stand.

Body Construction
Dial-Tone (version 10) was created using the head of Dial-Tone (v9) (2011), the arms of Sgt. Airborne (v3) (2008), and the torso, waist, and legs of Zartan (v17) (2009).
Versions of Dial-Tone (v10)
Note that there is a male Dial Tone character with the filename of "Jack S. Morelli" and a female Dialtone character with the filename of "Jill S. Morelli." The G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra video game establishes them as siblings.
