Elite-Viper (version 3) was released boxed with the Cobra Flight Pod for the Rise of Cobra line in 2010.
This set was originally intended to be a part of a wave of Target exclusive vehicles released in early 2010. For reasons not officially known, the wave was instead liquidated through Ross stores in December of that year.
