Terra-Viper was released with the Mole Pod in the first wave of Alpha Vehicles for the G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra toy line in 2009.
Terra-Viper was repackaged in the Sam's Club exclusive Rockslide ATAV and Mole Pod two-pack along with Snow Job (v4). He still piloted the Mole Pod.
