Repeater (version 3) was released with Toys R Us exclusive Troop Builder 5 Pack, Set 1 of 2. The set also included Dialtone (v8), Footloose (v4), Law & Order (v5), and Zartan (v18).
Repeater came with a brown hat, a brown and black vest, a black and silver rifle, a black and gold ammunition belt, and a black display stand.
