Nitro-Viper (version 2) was created using the arms of Sgt. Flash (v2) (2008), the torso and waist of Cobra HISS Driver (v2) (2008), itself a modified version of the waist and torso of Sgt. Flash (v2) (2008), the upper legs of Cobra Viper (v16) (2008), and a new head and lower legs.
