Neo-Viper (version 10) was released in the K-Mart exclusive G.I. Joe Versus Cobra set in 2009. The set also included Duke (v37), Heavy Duty (v12), M.A.R.S. Industries Weapons Officer, and a card.
In 2009, Neo-Viper was renamed "Crimson Neo-Viper". So while there are multiple names, they are all based on the "Neo-Viper" specialty.
Neo-Viper came with a bronze vest, a bronze backpack, two black rifles, a bronze pistol, and a black display stand.

Neo-Viper (version 10) was created using the body of M.A.R.S. Industries Trooper (2009) with the head of Neo-Viper (v9) (2009).
