M.A.R.S. Industries Trooper was released in 2009 as part of the M.A.R.S. Troopers set. The set included two M.A.R.S. Industries Troopers and a M.A.R.S. Industries Officer.
M.A.R.S. Industries Trooper was later included in the Toys R Us exclusive Troop Builder 5 Pack, Set 2 of 2 along with Duke (v39), Elite-Viper, M.A.R.S. Industries Officer (v2), and Neo-Viper (v9).
M.A.R.S. Industries Trooper was then released with the Wal-Mart exclusive Surveillance Port. The set also included Tele-Viper (v8), decals, and a temporary tattoo.
