Barbecue (version 5) was released in the first wave of the Toys R Us exclusive "Headquarters for Heroes" line for the G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra toy line in 2009.
Barbecue came with silver and black shoulder pads, a black backpack with removable silver tanks, a black hose, a silver nozzle, a black and silver spring-loaded missile launcher, a silver missile, a black submachine gun, a black shotgun, a black and silver axe, and a black display stand.
Barbecue (version 5) was created using the arms, torso, waist, and upper legs of Snow Job (v3) (2008) with the head, lower legs, and feet of Barbecue (v4) (2008).
