Figure Description:
Wild Weasel (version 6) was released with the third wave of comic packs in 2008 celebrating the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The pack also included Capt Ace, a reprint of issue 115 of the Marvel series, and a mail-in redemption offer for "Operation: Rescue Doc".
The figure was later rereleased with some slight changes as the pilot for the Target-exclusive Rattler.

Accessories:
For the comic pack, Wild Weasel came with black goggles, a black pistol, and a black display stand.
For the Rattler, Wild Weasel came with black goggles and a black pistol.

Variations:
Wild Weasel was available carded as part of the Comic Pack #115 or boxed with the Target-exclusive Rattler. Along with the packaging differences came different filecards and accessories. Additionally, there are slight differences in the figures themselves. The blue on the neck of the Rattler-packaged Wild Weasel is lighter in hue, and the paint mask on the belt buckle is sharper. |
Body Construction:
Wild Weasel (version 6) was created using the body of Snow Job (v3) (2008) with a new head.
