Ralph "Steeler" Pulaski (version 5) was released boxed with the Target-exclusive Ultimate Battle Pack in 2008. The set included Cobra Commander (v37), Cobra Vehicle Gunner, Destro (v21), H.I.S.S. Driver (v3), Short-Fuze (v6), and Sgt. Stalker (v11). Additionally, this set included a Flight Pod, a H.I.S.S. Tank, and a MOBAT.
Ralph "Steeler" Pulaski piloted the MOBAT.
Ralph "Steeler" Pulaski came with a tan helmet, a black visor, a black belt with shoulder holster, a silver submachine gun, two black pistols, a black and silver knife, and a black display stand.

Ralph "Steeler" Pulaski (version 5) was created using the arms of Cobra Trooper (v6) (2007), the torso, waist, and upper legs of Snake Eyes (v28) (2007), the head of Steeler (v4) (2008), and the lower legs and feet from the molds originally used by Double Clutch (v3) (2008) and Steeler (v4) (2008).
