Skyduster was released with the Toys R Us exclusive Air Command Set 1 of 3. The package also included Capt. Ace (v2) and Wild Bill (v13).

In 2008, Starduster was renamed "Skyduster". So while there are multiple names, thay are all based on the character "Starduster".

Skyduster came a turquoise helmet, a clear black visor, a tan bandolier, a green and silver JUMP jet pack connected to a green and silver blaster with a black hose, a gray three-part grenade launcher, and a black display stand.

Body Construction:

Skyduster was created using the head of G.I. Joe Hawk (2008), the torso and waist of Duke (v23) (2007), the arms of Flint (v12) (2008), the upper legs of Snake Eyes (v28) (2007), and the lower legs and feet from the molds originally used by Double Clutch (v3) (2008) and Steeler (v4) (2008).
