Figure Description:

Scarlett (version 9) was released with the first wave of comic packs in 2008 celebrating the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The pack also included G.I. Joe Hawk, a reprint of issue 1 of the Marvel series, and a mail-in redemption offer for "Operation: Rescue Doc".

In 2002, Scarlett was renamed "Agent Scarlett," renamed Scarlett in 2004, and went back to Agent Scarlett for a 2005 release. So while there are multiple names, they are all based on the character "Scarlett".

Scarlett came with a yellow belt, two-part silver crossbow, a silver pistol, and a black display stand.
