Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver (version 3) was released with the Target-exclusive Ultimate Battle Pack in 2008. The set included Cobra Commander (v37), Cobra Vehicle Gunner, Destro (v21), Short-Fuze (v6), Sgt. Stalker (v11), and Steeler (v5). Additionally, this set included a Flight Pod, a H.I.S.S. Tank, and a MOBAT.
Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver piloted the H.I.S.S. Tank.

Body Construction
Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver (version 3) was created using the entire mold of Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver (v2) (2008), which itself used the arms and a modified version of the waist and torso of Sgt. Flash (v2) (2008). Note that this figure uses the modified head mold of Cobra H.I.S.S. Commander (2008).
Versions of Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver
In 2009, the H.I.S.S. Driver was renamed "Arctic H.I.S.S. Driver," and in 2010 renamed to "H.I.S.S. Tank Driver." So while there are several names, they are all based upon the same Cobra specialty.
