Figure Description:

Cpl. Breaker was released with the second wave of comic packs in 2008 celebrating the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The pack also included Destro (v17), a reprint of issue 14 of the Marvel series, and a mail-in redemption offer for "Operation: Rescue Doc".

Cpl. Breaker came with a green helmet, black and green webgear, a green backpack, a black headset that attached to the helmet and backpack, a spherical "bubble gum bubble" that attached to the headset, two black pistols, and a black display stand.

Cpl. Breaker was created using the torso and waist of Snake Eyes (v28) (2007), the arms and legs of Duke (v23) (2007), and a new head.
