Cobra Vehicle Gunner was released with the Target-exclusive Ultimate Battle Pack in 2008. The set included Cobra Commander (v37), Destro (v21), H.I.S.S. Driver (v3), Short-Fuze (v6), Sgt. Stalker (v11), and Steeler (v5). Additionally, this set included a Flight Pod, a H.I.S.S. Tank, and a MOBAT.
