Figure Description:

Rafael "Zap" Melendez was released as part of the 2007 International G.I.Joe Convention (Atlanta, GA) exclusive "Tanks for the Memories" box set from the Official G.I. Joe Collectors' Club. The set included: Sparks, Sgt. Flash, Grunt (v10), Lt. Clay Moore, Zap (v4), Clutch (v4), G.I. Joe Doc, Rock 'n Roll (v8), Cobra Officer (v5), and six Cobra Troopers (two each of v7 a, b, and c).

Variations:

Body Construction:

Rafael "Zap" Melendez was created using the head of Zap (v3) (2004), the torso of Scrap-Iron (1984), the arms of Thunder (1984), the waist of Mutt (1984), and the legs of Snow Job (1983).
