Destro (version fourteen) was released in Cobra Battle Pack #1, a five pack which also includes Cobra Commander (v24), Baroness (v9), Storm Shadow (v21), and Cobra (v2) to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The set also included a G.I. Joe Logo music box.
Destro (version fourteen) was later released with the fourth wave of single packs celebrating the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero.

Destro came with a black and red collar, a black submachine gun, a briefcase with removable pistol, two black pistols, and a black display stand.
