Destro (version fourteen) was released in COBRA Battle Pack #1, a five pack which also includes COBRA Commander, Baroness, Storm Shadow, and COBRA Trooper to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The set also included a G.I. Joe Logo music box.

Destro (version fourteen) was later released with the fourth wave of single packs celebrating the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero.
