Cobra Vehicle Driver was released in the Cobra Legions Pack, a five pack which also includes Cobra Air Trooper, Cobra Commander (v26), Cobra Trooper (v8), and Storm Shadow (v23), to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The set also included a Cobra Logo music box.

• Stinger Driver (1984)
• Vehicle Driver (2007)

In 2007, the Stinger Driver was renamed "Vehicle Driver." So while there are different names, there are a total of two figures based on this Cobra specialty.

Accessories:

Cobra Vehicle Driver came with a gray helmet, removable webgear, gray sniper rifle, removable knife, and a black display stand.
