Skull Squad Trooper was released as part of the 2006 G.I.Joe Convention ("Heroes Unite" in New Orleans, LA) exclusive Cobra's Most Wanted: Mercenaries! box set from the Official G.I. Joe Collector's Club. The set included Cobra Mortal, Major Bludd (v7), Overlord (v2), six Coil Troopers, and six Skull Squad Troopers.
