Red Zone was released as part of the the twenty-second series (2006) Plague Troopers vs Steel Brigade set. The pack also included: Checkpoint, Gallows, Grim Skull, Guillotine, and Rook.

This was the only version of Red Zone ever released.

Accessories:

Red Zone came with a light gray, green, and black helmet; a black and silver revolver; a black pistol; a black and brown shotgun; and a black battle stand.

Body Construction:

Red Zone was created using a newly sculpted head and the arms, waist, legs, and torso originally used to make Gung Ho (v16 - 2005) which was based heavily on Gung Ho (v13 - 2004). Red Zone featured additional articulation at the wrists and injection-molded shoulders.
