While available through some on-line vendors at the end of 2005, Low Light (v6) is considered a part of the twenty second series (2006). Initially this figure was only available through as DTC (Direct to Consumer), but was later released in Toys R Us stores.

Body Construction
Low Light (v5) was made using the head, chest, waist, and legs originally used to make Chief Torpedo (2003) with the arms originally used for Snake Eyes (v23) (2005). The figure featured additional articulation at the wrists and injection-molded shoulders.
