Cobra Trooper v4 was released as an online exclusive, a part of Wave 4, the twenty second series (2006).

Two Cobra Troopers were included in a Comic 3 Pack, reprinting Marvel's Issue 44. The pack included the following:

There are no known variations of Cobra Trooper v4.

Body Construction:

Cobra Trooper v4 features an all-new head sculpt. His torso and legs use the same mold as Cobra Officer, Cobra Stinger Driver, and Python Trooper.

His lower legs use the same mold as Cobra Squad Leader 1, and Cobra Squad Leader 2.

His arms and waist use the same mold as Roadblock, Roadblock v3, Double Blast, Roadblock v8, and Roadblock v12.
