Roadblock (version 15) was released as part of the twenty-first series (2005), as part of the Toys R Us exclusive Heavy Assault Squad set.
The Heavy Assault Squad set included Duke (v22), Infantry Division, Infantry Division (v2), Infantry Division (v5), Roadblock (v15), and Snake Eyes (v27).
Note: The Heavy Assault Squad set was apparently supposed to include Ace and Sgt. Mutt instead of Roadblock and the extra Infantry Trooper. As a result, filecards for Ace and Sgt. Mutt were included while filecards for their replacement figures (including Roadblock) were not.

Body Construction
Roadblock (v15) was made from the mold originally used to make Roadblock (v4) (1992), Roadblock (v5) (1993), and Roadblock (v13) (2004). Roadblock's head was also used on Roadblock (v6) (1993) and Roadblock (v7) (1994).
Versions of Roadblock
Note that Roadblock v8 has a file name of "Charles L. Griffith", making that figure a version of "Double Blast" (2001). However, the conventional wisdom is that this was simply an error on Hasbro's part, and that the figure is supposed to be the "Marvin F. Hinton" Roadblock of the other versions.
