Duke (version 22) was released as part of the twenty-first series (2005), as part of the Toys R Us exclusive Heavy Assault Squad set.

The Heavy Assault Squad set included the following figures:

• Roadblock (v15)
• Snake Eyes (v27)

Note: The Heavy Assault Squad set was apparently supposed to include Ace and Sgt. Mutt instead of Roadblock and the extra Infantry Trooper. As a result, file cards for Ace and Sgt. Mutt were included while file cards for their replacement figures were not.

Body Construction:

Duke (v22) was made from the same mold as Duke v15 (2004), which consists of the torso, waist, legs, and head originally used to make Duke v1 (1983), Duke v2 (1988), and Duke v7 (1997). The arms were originally used to make Gung-Ho (1982).
