Wild Bill (v9) was released as part of the twentieth series (2004), carded in a two-pack with Coil Crusher as part of the Valor vs Venom line.
The packaging also included a Valor vs Venom Comic and Product Catalog.
Wild Bill came with a black hat, two silver pistols, a bronze rifle, and a black communications device.
No variations of Wild Bill are known to exist.
Wild Bill (v9) has an entirely new body sculpt that was reused to make Wild Bill (v10) (2005).
