Scarlett (v4) was released as part of the twentieth series (2004), carded in a two-pack with Sand Scorpion as part of the Valor vs Venom line.
This figure was released in late 2003, but is considered a 2004 product by Hasbro. The packaging also included a Valor vs Venom Comic and Product Catalog and Instructions.
In 2002, Scarlett was renamed "Agent Scarlett," renamed Scarlett in 2004, and went back to Agent Scarlett for a 2005 release. So while there are multiple names, they are all based on the character "Scarlett".
Accessories:
Scarlett came with a black sheath, silver sword, black wrist communicator, brown quiver, black arrow, black bow, and black crossbow.
Variations:
No variations of Scarlett are known to exist.
Body Construction:
Scarlett (v4) has an entirely new body sculpt. No body parts were used in the making of other figures.
