Hi-Tech was released as part of the twentieth series (2004), carded in a two-pack with Dr. Mindbender (v5) as part of the Valor vs Venom line.
This figure was released in late 2003, but is considered a 2004 product by Hasbro. The packaging also included a Valor vs Venom Comic and Product Catalog and Instructions.
Versions of Hi-Tech:
This was the only version of Hi-Tech ever released.
Accessories:
Hi-Tech came with a black knife, black gun, black wrist communicator gauntlet, silver missile launcher, black stand, black missile and green shield for the side of the launcher.
Variations:
No variations of Hi-Tech are known to exist.
Body Construction:
Hi-Tech has an entirely new body sculpt. No body parts were used in the making of other figures.
