Variations

Duke (v13) was also available as a giveaway to the first 5,000 children for the July 5, 2004 baseball game as part of Armed Forces Appreciation Day. The giveaway sparked peace protests, but the promotion went on as planned. That figure came with no accessories.

Body Construction

Duke (v13) has an entirely new body sculpt. No body parts were used in the making of other figures, but Duke (v16) (2004) had a nearly identical design, without the Action Attack features.

Duke (v13) featured nunchuck swinging action, activated by a button on the figure's back. The figure did not have O-ring construction or a back screw due to this feature.
