Figure Description:

Mirage was released as part of the eighteenth series (2002), carded in a two-pack with Cobra Viper (v6).

Versions of Mirage:

• Version One (1993)
• Version Two (2002)
• Version Three (2002)
• Version Four (2003)
• Version Five (2005)

Accessories:

Mirage came with a black rifle, a silver rifle, a black knife, a clear visor, and a black figure stand.

The packaging also included a color background.

Variations:

Pre-production photos of Mirage (v2) show the figure with either a green or a yellow visor. No examples of these are known to have been released.

Some versions of the carded figure two-pack came with a sticker promoting the G.I.Joe cartoons on Cartoon Network.

The carded two-pack was also available in special plastic packaging with a free bonus figure of either General Tomahawk (v2) or Headman (v2) as a K-Mart Exclusive Bonus Pack.

Mirage was also available loose with the carded two-pack of Sure Fire (v2) and Slice (v4) as a K-Mart Exclusive Bonus Pack.

Body Construction:

The same mold was also used used to create the original Mirage (1993), Mirage (v3) (2002) and Mirage (v4) (2003).
