Dusty (version 9) was released as part of the eighteenth series (2002), carded in a two-pack with Shock Viper (v2).

Dusty came with a gray belt, green backpack, brown Sound Attack RPG with silver tip, and a black machine gun.

The packaging also included a color background.

Variations:

There are no known variations of Dusty.

Some versions of the carded figure two-pack came with a sticker promoting the G.I.Joe cartoons on Cartoon Network.

Body Construction:

The same mold was used to create Dusty (v7) (2002) and Dusty (v8) (2002).

Note the return of the O-ring design absent from earlier new figures from 2002.
