Duke (v11) was released as part of the eighteenth series (2002), carded in a two-pack with Ripper (v2).
Duke (v11) was also released in 2003 with a Mission Disc, and in 2004 with Gum Bits.
A variant version of Duke (v11) was also released in 2004 as part of the Spy Troops VHS three pack, which also included Snake Eyes (v14) and Cobra Commander (v13).
The same variant version of Duke (version 11) was also released in 2004 as a Valor vs Venom single carded figure.
Accessories
Two Pack and Mission Disc
Duke came with a graphite carbine, a graphite hand gun, a green helmet, and an olive brown Sound Attack rifle.
The two-pack with Ripper also included a color background.
The Mission Disc pack also included Mission Disc 1, featuring two episodes of the cartoon, a game, and a comic. The same disc was also included with the Mission Disc version of Shipwreck (v5).
Gum Bits
Duke (with Gum Bits) came with an olive brown Sound Attack machine gun.
VHS Three Pack
Duke (with Spy Troops VHS Three pack) came with a black machine gun.
Valor vs Venom Single Pack
Duke (in the single pack) came with a graphite handgun, a black backpack, a black rifle, a black submachine gun, and a black assault rifle.

Variations
Some versions of the carded figure two-pack came with a sticker promoting the G.I.Joe cartoons on Cartoon Network.
The VHS and single packaged versions of Duke (pictured above left) had a flat black finish as opposed to the glossy vest and boots of earlier versions.
Body Construction
Duke (v11) has an entirely new body sculpt. The entire body was re-used to create Duke (v12) (2003), while the head was reused to create Duke (v14).
Additional points of articulation were added to several new 2002 figures. Duke has hinged ankles and swivel wrists. Note the return of the O-ring design absent from earlier new figures from 2002.
