Figure Description:

Dr. Mindbender was released as part of the eighteenth series (2002), carded in a two-pack with Beach Head (v4).

Accessories:

Dr. Mindbender came with a black vinyl cape, a pair of gold revolvers, a silver scanner and a gold Sound Attack shotgun.

The packaging also included a color background.

Variations:

No variations of Dr. Mindbender are known to exist.

Some versions of the carded figure two-pack came with a sticker promoting the G.I.Joe cartoons on Cartoon Network.

Body Construction:

Dr. Mindbender (version 3) has an entirely new body sculpt. This mold was used to make Dr. Mindbender (v4) (2003).

Note the return of the O-ring design absent from earlier new figures from 2002.
