Accessories
Dr. Mindbender came with a black vinyl cape, a pair of gold revolvers, a silver scanner and a gold Sound Attack shotgun.

Dr. Mindbender (version 3) has an entirely new body sculpt. This mold was used to make Dr. Mindbender (v4) (2003).
Note the return of the O-ring design absent from earlier new figures from 2002.
