1993 was a high point for the Hall of Fame line: more characters joined the ever increasing roster, store exclusives appeared, and Mission Gear and Weapons Arsenal sets joined the line. Capitalizing on the fact that this scale allowed for cloth clothing, the Mission Gear and Weapons Arsenal sets added new uniforms and weapons to the figures collectors already owned. This allowed for almost limitless customization and personalization of the owner's figures, and at a cheap price point to boot. What's more, vehicles returned to the 12" scale with the introduction of the Rhino G.P.V. With the Street Fighter II sub-line, Hasbro also ventured into licensed territory, using their existing body molds to create toys from other franchises.
